- Watch Hours Extension: Charges payable to the Authorities for operations to/from airfields shall be borne by the charterer.
- Boarding/Lodging & Transportation: Pilot and AME must be accommodated in Five Star Hotels or VVIP Hostels; technicians and operations staff in at least three-star facilities.
- Helicopter Maintenance: Maintenance will be conducted in compliance with aviation regulations. Major repairs may require relocation to Mumbai (Juhu) or the aircraft’s base.
- Fuel Transportation: Clients are responsible for costs associated with fuel transportation to and from operational locations.
- Helipad Preparation: Temporary helipads must meet DGCA standards. Client is fully responsible for on-site safety.
- Baggage Rules: Permitted: 1 bag per passenger — max 5 kg (helicopter) or 25 kg (aircraft). Cabin baggage is not allowed.
- Landing Permissions & Coordinates: Clients must secure approvals for public landings from authorities and obtain permissions for private landings from property owners.
- Helipad Security: Client must ensure helipad security. Night/IFR flights are not permitted. All operations must conclude before sunset; the captain’s decision is final.
- Flying Program: Complete flying schedule must be submitted in advance to facilitate coordination and operational readiness.
- Refueling Facility: Flight programs must be shared at least 24 hours in advance to ensure refueling arrangements.
- Flying Regulations: All flights will adhere to DGCA regulations and Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) as applicable.
- Privacy: Personal information, including email addresses, will be used solely for essential communication and service updates.
- Intellectual Property: All content and materials on Aurea Aviation platforms are protected. No reproduction or redistribution is allowed without prior written consent.
